Shipping & Returns

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). The shipping charge will be a flat fee based on the delivery method you choose. See pricing below.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12 p.m. CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

48 Contiguous United States

  • Standard Ground (UPS), (4-8 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Second Day (UPS), (2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska or Hawaii

  • Standard Ground (UPS), (5-8 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Standard service. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Second Day (UPS), (2 business days)
    Most items may be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico

  • USPS Priority, (2-8 business days)
    Most items may be shipped via USPS Priority Service, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 2-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

P.O. Boxes

  • UPS Priority, (2-8 business days)
    Most items may be shipped via UPS, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 2-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Military APO / FPO Addresses

  • UPS Priority, (2-8 business days)
    Most items may be shipped via UPS, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 2-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

 

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

When can you track your order? Tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and will be emailed to you when the package is ready to ship.  However, it may take up to 24 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 hours.

Orders placed with Foss Swim School may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Finding Your Order Status The status of your order is easy to find.

  • Check your email. You are required to enter an email address during Checkout, so that you may receive emails regarding the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. You may sign in to your account to access order history.

Item Availability

In-Stock Items

Most orders for In-Stock items begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

Please note: expected shipment times specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

For example, if you order an In-Stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse no later than the end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Delivery of Your Items

  • Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location and designated shipping method.
  • Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you receive an email notifying you that your items have been shipped during a weekend or federal holiday, they will not actually be shipped until the following business day.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase. 

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!  All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.  We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.  However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were filled incorrectly. 

Return and Exchange Instructions: All returns and or exchanges must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return or exchange ([email protected]). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
